D.N.A BUSINESS LUNCHEON CLUB
Membership Rules & Codes of Ethics
I/We agree to the following:
1. To pay our annual membership in advance for each 12 month period and no refund/rebate is available for cancellation.
2. I/We agree that application to the luncheon club is at sole discretion of the DNA Committee.
3. I/We agree to solely market/network in the category we have been awarded.
4. I/We accept and agree that only 1 member from each category can join the club.
5. If the guest entitlement is not utilised at any quarterly session we agree that no refund is due to us and we are unable to carry forward that entitlement.
6. I/We agree to provide quality and professional services in the category you have applied for.
7. Goodwill, trust and good business ethics will be maintained at all times with fellow members and their guests.
8. It is agreed that my business/personal details can be captured and used by the club for contact/marketing purposes. I agree to information provided being used on website, publications and/or any material used to promote the luncheon club.
9. If there are any disputes or conflicts I will notify the DNA Committee within 7 days. A decision will be notified by them within 7 days. A right of appeal exists, provided within 3 days of the decision a written reason for the Appeal has been received. Within 14 days a full appeal hearing will be held by the D.N.A Committee and a final & binding decision will be issued by them within 3 days.
I/We acknowledge that the D.N.A Business Luncheon Club has been set up for Marketing/Networking/Events/Activities for its members. The Club and its committee members are doing this on a not-for-profit basis and I agree not to hold the club and/or its committee members responsible whatsoever and in any capacity. I agree that they are merely activity in best interests and good faith.
